New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Monday rejected an appeal by the government while Manipur, observed that the high court is a bastion ensure that justice is discarded during a pandemic Covid-19.
The court said this while refusing the appeal submitted by the Manipur government which challenged the Tall of the High Court to direct the country to trap complete rules for combating Covid-19.
Judge Dy Chandrachud, Vikram Nath and Hima Kohli also commented on the sad conditions of the quarantine centers managed by the state.
