The high court order stated to submit a response in changes in JSCC rules

Ranchi: The Jharkhand High Court has requested a response from the state government in connection with the changes carried out in the rules of the Jharkhand staff election commission (JSCC).
The rules have been challenged by one Ramesh Hansda accusing that the rules are not constitutional and against the mandate of equality as guaranteed by the constitution.
The government has been looking for 10 days to respond.
This case will be heard again on February 8.
The trial was carried out by the Chair of the Division of the Chairperson of Ravi Ranjan and Justice Sujit Narayan Prasad.
Hansda’s advisor Aparajita Bhardwah told the court that the government had made JSSC rules without participating in the basic rights of equality guaranteed by the constitution.
Hansda has challenged the elimination of English and Hindi as a subject in a language paper offered by JSSC.
The rules also prohibit candidates in the general category that have medium matriculation and certificates from institutions outside the country to qualify to take the exam.
