“In the past, it was very proud to say that the level was obtained from the University of Madras and, at a time, it was considered as valuable.
The existence of such a reputation in the days today is a matter of millions of dollars,” the Justice Division bench S Vaidyanathan and justice one Nakkiran said.
“It is an apposite to mention here that the right disciplinary process for capital punishment will begin with officials because it does not maintain absolute integrity and dedication to assignments, which is inappropriate from service members,” the court added.
“Officials that are not responsible as it must be dismissed from their services and negligence must be included in their list of services, so that promotions and other benefits must be deprived,” said the court.
