Tuticorin: deny that the DMK government did not give time to the opposition to ask questions in the Assembly, Tuticorin MP, Kanimozhi Kanimozhi said that AIDMK did not qualify to make such allegations because they denied the opportunity for the opposition party when they came to a decade.
“If they leave because they don’t have something to say, we can’t do anything about it,” he added.
Responding to reporters here on Wednesday, the Secretary of the DMK Women’s Wing said that the ruling party listened to the views of the opposition parties before making a decision.
He quoted the establishment of a committee consisting of MLA from all political parties to discuss and make decisions to reduce the spread of Covid-19.
He said that such practice was there when struggle was cm and continued during Stalin’s term as well.
Kanimozhi said that people taught lessons to AIADMK would wash them from power because they did not fulfill their promises of polls for their 10 years.
“All promises (polls) cannot be fulfilled in one day.
But they will be filled one by one gradually since Stalin’s day is assumed the office as cm,” he said.
He added that the opposition criticized the government for the promise of polls for the sake of politicization.
In the Kodanadu plantation murder case, he denied that it was a political vendetta and added that it was examined to ensure that legitimate people became justice.
“This is the main murder case with many bends and turns that occur when they are in power.
The government will not be a mute audience for it,” he said and added that those who were guilty were shocked by fear of this case.
