Coimbatore: Anti-Land Cells Receive Coimbatore Rural Police Catch Husbands of a AIDMK Candidate in Reef Town Panchayat and another man, who is a nearby aide from AIADMK officials, for winning 51 cents, worth more than Rs 1 Crore, by forging documents.
N Rajamanickam, 53, from Chinna Kovil Street in Furs filed a complaint with Algsc police on Monday.
He stated in his complaint that he was a daily wage worker and belongs to the scheduled caste.
The state government gave 51 cents on the ground and the Patta to his mother Palannamal in the retirement village on August 22, 1988.
Palannammal died on February 22, 2011 due to a disease related to age.
Abt Manickam aka Manikam from Rolens made a woman mimic her mother and falsify the voter identity card on May 22, 2019 and received a power of attorney in his name from an innocent woman.
The power of the lawyer was registered at the Inceful Registrants Office on June 18, 2019.
It was a fake document.
Manickam sold the property to Nallaram G Murugavel on October 16, 2020.
Rajamankam knew about land grabbing and filed a complaint with a district collector in 2020.
He asked the police to take action against Manickam and Murugavel to reach the ground.
He also looked for actions against document writers and women who imitate Palannammal and government doctors who issued a live certificate on behalf of Palannammal.
He asked the police to take his land from them.
Based on complaints, the police registered a case against S Manikam, 73, from Jalan Angalamman Kovil in Furs and G Murugel, 46, from Kumaran Garden in Edayarpalayam Pirivu near Kuniyamuthur in Coimbatore City and several others.
They were ordered below in Section 419 (penalty for cheating with personation), 420 (cheating and inducing property delivery), 423 (implementing non-honest transfers or cheat containing false consideration statements), 468 (forgery for cheating) and Read with 34 (actions carried out by several people in the continuation of general intentions) from the Indian criminal code.
Manickam and Murugavel were arrested by Algsc police on Wednesday.
They are produced in special courts for cases of land deprivation.
Then, they were returned in court detention and nested in Palladam’s sub-prison.
Manickam Sarojini’s wife is a AIDMK candidate in Ward Number 14 at the Furth of Town Panchayat.
Nallaram Murugavel is aide near the AIADMK official.
