Hyderabad: In what was mentioned as one of the biggest single direct agreements to be hit in the country in 2021, as many as 10 hectares of main land at the Hyderabad Northwest Housing Center from Kukatpally had been picked up by Hyderabad – based on Realtor Ashoka Builders India Pvt Ltd ( ASBL) for RS 235 Crore.

Ashoka Builders planned mixed development, including the development of premium housing and class A commercial space by June 2025 concerning a plot of new land obtained, said one ASBL officials.
“We plan to further invest around Hospital 250 Crore to develop this mixed mix community, take project assessment after completion with approximately RS 600 Crore,” said Ajitesh corruption, ASBL.
The latest agreement also marks the diversification of the presence of the company in Hyderabad.
“From the company’s point of view, it diversifies our presence on all sides of Hyderabad.
We have been present in the southwest and east, making the expansion of ASBL Kukatpally become northwest of Hyderabad.
