now has a Gems and Jewelery Park Private Ltd, launched in 2001 in Hyderabad and then owned by Fugitive Diamantaire Mehul Choksi.
It has entered the hands of the ACE developer through the process of resurrection in the Corporation (CIRP) initiated and concluded by NCLT, Hyderabad.
Bench NVR Badarninath and Veera Brahma Rao approved a planned resolution fisted by Professional Resolution (Rp).
The company was referred to CIRP in June 2019 itself following the application by Phoenix Tech Tower Company which seeks the initiation of the bankruptcy process on gem companies.
The ACE developer agreed to pump at Rs 107 Crore to clean up lenders and also instill fresh investment into the company.
Choksi company assets consisting of two acre permata AP gem and Jewelery Park on No.
10, Banjara Hills, along with a five-story building with 2 square lakh feet from the room built attached by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in October in October.
