Gumla: A man was killed in an Ied explosion in Judwani’s forest under the police station Gumla Bishunpur on Wednesday night.
The victim has been identified as Budheshwar Nagsia, a resident of Hamlet Judwani under the Niration of Panchayat from the Bishunpur Police Station, 75km from the Gumla District Headquarters.
He is 45 years old.
Police on Thursday rushed to the place and launched an investigations.
Nagesia had gone to the forest to graze livestock and collected firewood on Wednesday afternoon but was blown after he stepped above which was planted on the ground.
