Chennai: The police on Thursday night restored the body of a young man who worked as a guest lecturer and coordinator of the IIT-Madras project from the Hockey Stadium located on campus.
Unni Krishnan Nair, whose father worked with Isro, returned to campus on Thursday morning from Kerala and was found dead at the stadium around 7pm by several students.
Police Kotturpuram took the body and sent it to the Royapettah government hospital for autopsy.
There were no suspicious materials found near his body.
The police have registered cases and investigations to find the cause of death.
