The Indian community leadership award received a prestigious Queen award in England

Hyderabad: The prestigious queen award for voluntary services has been served to charity led by Indian society in the UK ‘Dreamsai’, Milton Keynes.
Countess Howe, Lieutenant Lieutenant Buckinghamshire Magesty’s presents awards and certificates signed by the Noble Queen for Dreamsai.
High Sheriff Buckinghamshire, Deputy Lord Lieutenant, Mayor of Milton Keynes, Board Member, Charity Partners, Organizational Volunteers and a variety of guests attended the celebration on October 16.
Laxman Kastala, founder & Chief Chief said they had a humble start four years ago with only a handful of people but there were more than 150 volunteers dedicated now.
“As an inclusive group, charity is very quick to develop positive partnerships with many other national & local organizations to collaborate and provide services that join to expand the reach and impact while minimizing duplication,” he said.
In 2002, it was decided by his majesty that there must be a new award to commemorate the Golden Jubilee of his accession to the throne in 1952.
This award was given to extraordinary achievement by organizations in the UK itself to improve their own time and improve the quality of life and opportunities for individuals or other groups in the community.
The Countess Howe in his speech said in the past three years, charity has been able to quickly respond to the gap in the provisions for vulnerable people throughout the city of Milton Keynes.
“With the onset of Covid 19 pandemic they immediately create new projects that are effective in reaching and supporting those in need, all of which reach solely by volunteers,” he said.
