The Indian team lifts a national flag ahead of the 4th day of the Lord

LONDON: Before the start of day 4 of the ongoing God’s test against England, the Indian team lifted Tricolor because the country celebrated the 75th Independence Day.
The official BCCI Twitter handle shares photos where Kohli and CO can be seen lifting the national flag and then singing the national anthem.
“On the occasion of Indian Independence Day, members #Teamindia came together to lift the flag,” Tweeted BCCI.
Mohammed Siraj led India’s fees to bundle in England for 391 in the first round of the second test.
Skipper Joe Root left stranded in 180 did not come out because James Anderson was dismissed on the last ball of the third day.
England leads with 27 walks and when India takes the field on Sundays, visitors will try to score as many goals as possible in the second round.
Previously, on the occasion of the 75th Independence Day, Prime Minister Narendra Modi lifted the national flag and conveyed customary addresses to the nation from the Red Fortress in New Delhi.
The prime minister has launched ‘Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav’ from Sabarmati Ashram, Ahmedabad in Gujarat in March 2021 to celebrate 75 years of Indian independence.
The celebration will continue until August 15, 2023.
