Tel Aviv: Three rockets were fired from Lebanon to Israeli and the Army again, the military said.
There is no direct information about damage or injury.
The announcement came after the siren was heard in North Israel on Wednesday’s commemoration about the possibility of rocket attacks from Lebanon and television reports told Israel again.
Channel 12 reported that one rocket exploded in an open area and the other was intercepted by the Israeli defense system, known as an iron dome.
The army said it fired artillery back in response.
Warning goes near Kiryat Shmona, a community of around 20,000 people near the Lebanese border.
There are several similar incidents in recent months.
The fire was believed by Israeli authorities to be launched by Lebanese-based Palestinian groups and not the Hizbullah militant group.
It is unlikely that Palestinian groups can operate without the approval of Hezbollah.
