Gurgaon: The police arrested the ITBP assistant Commander of Naveen Khatodia, the main brother-in-law accused of the case of contract fraud NSG RS 125-Crore, on Friday late at night.
Four people were arrested in this case before, but Khatodia escaped.
After arrest, Khatodia was sent to police custody five days from the wing of economic violations (EOW) from the Gurgaon Police.
“The defendant gave up before the local court.
His name was mentioned in the case of FIR, but he had fled.
Now, he is the detention of the police five days.
Five people have been arrested in this case so far,” said Preet PAL Singh Sangwan, Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP ), Crime.
The police added that they had investigated the Khatodia account and family members, Praveen Yadav.

But after some time, a victim became suspicious because there was no construction work starting even after two months and began asking for a refund.

He was the Deputy Commander at the NSG construction wing in 2019.
He, according to the police, planned to take voluntary retirement from BSF and escape from the country.
