The Kerala Government does not treat encroachment and settlers in the same way: CM Pinarayi Vijayan

Thiruvananthapuram: Launching the Submission of Land Operation or ‘Pattayam’ to 13,500 Families, Chief Minister Kerala Pinarayi Vijayan said on Tuesday the government left did not treat encroachment and settlers in the same way.
Vijayan said his government understood the pain of farmers who worked hard on the ground.
“Envantation and stemmer farmers are different.
We do not treat them in the same way.
We understand the efforts and pain from those who work hard on the ground and that is why the government is able to submit benefits in short notice,” Vijayan said.

“The government will take steps to find soil revenue surplus and illegally held.

The entire Kerala digital survey will be carried out in four years for this purpose,” said Vijayan.
The minister’s chairman added that the first installment of Rs 339 Crore was approved as part of Rebuild Kerala for a digital survey and Land Bank.
As part of the state government initiative to ensure land and housing for all people who do not have land and without sound in the state in the next five years, land ownership or ‘Pattayam’ are given to 13,500 families.
“Pattayam Mela” for land allotment was held in 14 district centers and 77 netting centers in the state.
The minister’s chairman said one of the most important goals before the government to distribute land to all those who qualified in the next five years and provide housing to all caste families scheduled in the same period.
