The Kerala Government justifies the decision to make a mandatory vaccine certificate for people to visit shops

Thiruvananthapuram: The Kerala Government on Friday confirmed his decision to make a vaccine or RT-PCR certificate testing the negative results obliged to visit other shops and companies in the state and said it was the responsibility to ensure adequate protection for the lives of covid people 19 spread.
Health Minister Veena George told the State Assembly that the government had decided on new direction after detailed reflection with the aim of examining the spread of the virus further and very unfortunate that the opposition opposed it.
High population density, lifestyle diseases and increased number of elderly people are the main causes of concerns regarding the spread of Covid in the state, he said.
“Although the limitation of locking was appointed, the government was forced to continue several simplified sidewalks because of these factors.
The government’s main responsibility was to protect the people,” he said.
He spoke for zero hours when the opposition moved notifications for the movement of delay over new restrictions that accused them “impractical”.
Pointing to the Supreme Court verdict recently in connection with sidewalk easing, he said the peak court has explained that any relaxation for locking limitations must be given after ensuring the protection of people’s life and property.
Criticing opposition, he said the only goal of those who objected to this was to tarnish the government’s image even though the spread of the disease was increasingly intensive.
It is impossible for the government to lift all the limits at that time in the current state, he said and reminded the opposition that it might cost a respectable state if it was decided without any imposition of sidewalks.
He also explained that the sidewalk was not intended to continue forever.
More than 34 lakh people have been infected in the state so far and more than 17,000 people lost their lives, said Minister, detailing the situation of Covid in the state.
K Babu (Congress), who transferred the notification, said that the New Order was implemented, the elderly would be forced out of their homes to meet household needs.
The majority of them, who have taken vaccines in the state, are parents and only 28 percent of adolescents have received jabs in the state so far, he said.
The opposition leader V D Sathean attacked the government for the new Covid direction and said the government left to make fun of people by imposing more restrictions after announcing that it would relax the lock sidewalk.
The latest government order gave the power to the police to stop anyone and force a fine quoted direction, he accused.
UDF members then held a walkout as speaker M B Rajesh denied going to the movement after the minister’s reply.
According to the recent order, only people, who have taken at least one dose of Covid-19 vaccine two weeks ago, or who had a negative RT-PCR certificate taken 72 hours earlier or who had a positive covid-19 results aged more than A month, it will be permitted in (workers / visitors) stores, banks and other companies.
However, the Minister of Health previously said at home that “desired” that the visiting shops took at least one vaccine dose or had a negative RT-PCR certificate received within 72 hours or they recovered from infection in time.
In the attack from opposition parties and traders on prepongedlockdown restrictions for some time, the Kerala government on Wednesday announced the sidewalk, imposed in considering the spread of Covid-19.
According to new guidelines, shops, markets, banks, offices, financial institutions, factories, industrial companies, open tourism rooms and other companies can function six days a week until Saturday to Saturday.
