Kochi: High Court on Friday Disposing Litigation Public Interest (PIL) challenged Hartal who was urged by the Left Democratic decision (LDF) in power on Monday.
The division bench consisting of the Head of Justice S Manikumar and Justice Shaji P Chaji is considering the petition by Perumuttam Radhakrishnan through advocate R Sunil Kumar.
