The KSRTC woman who adopted to get 180 days of meatball leave

Bengaluru: Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC), among several transportation corporations managed by the country in this country, will give 180 days leave, on the lines of maternity leave, to female employees who adopt children.
However, if he has two lively children, he cannot take advantage of this benefit.
The Implementing Director of KSRTC Shivayogi C Kalasad on Wednesday issued a notification that allowed his employees who adopted children to take advantage of his heart’s leave with biological parents.
At present, adoptive parents must take their own leave.
Leave 180 days can be disbursed in the first year of adoption or before a one year old child, which happened first.
“We follow the state of the state government to treat adoption parents equivalent to the biological parents,” said an KSRTC official.
In February 2020, the state government has issued orders that allow women employees to take 180 days of maternity leave and 15 days of father leave for father.
However, the KSRTC command did not mention father’s leave for adoption father.
Many KSRTC employees welcome moving.
“Being an employee of transportation is a pressureful life.
This is a good step and beneficial for some women.
Father’s leave must also be given to male employees,” said a KSRTC female employee.
