JAMSHEDPUR: After getting strong feedback from the problems faced by a large number of beneficiaries on certain session sites in Jamshedpur, the district government has decided to shift several places.
Sandeep Kumar Meena HR along with officials from the district government made a place visit in the center and took a stock of problems faced by beneficiaries.
In particular, because the supply of irregular vaccines throughout the country including Jamshedpur, people still face many problems in utilizing their doses.
And, on it, several vaccine centers suffer from inadequate infrastructure.
Sharing his experience, Namita Chattopadhyay (76), an old woman who got the second dose of the Covishield from Ramjanamnagar Center in the city in the past, said: “I have to go to the center at 8 am and wait until 12.15 the afternoon to get my dose.

” Namita said that even drinking water facilities were not available at the center.
Like Namita, some others complain that in many centers there is no right setting for beneficiaries.
Many also show almost no sitting sitting and long queues in the centers of making social distance rules.
In the past there are several examples where beneficiaries have searched several centers protesting management errors.
There was also a corruption charges against the vaccine center staff.
Record problems, district administration has decided to shift several centers.
In new centers, adequate arrangements have been made to provide a comfortable waiting area and drinking water facilities, among others.
HR said that civil defense volunteers in adequate amounts will be on duty at each center so they can help the recipient to maintain social distance.
Meena further said separate queues would be there for senior citizens and beneficiaries of pregnant women so they did not face the hassles in the middle.
He said Dathkidi Center would shift to Andhra Association School, Ramjanamnagar to Kerala Public School (Kadma), Seva Sadan Sonari Center would shift to Carmel Convent School and Birsanagar Zone 5 to Gyandeep School.
