New Delhi: Ola Bhavish Agarwal Electric Head on Monday announced the future will be fully carried out by women.
“We welcome the first batch this week and at full capacity, FanithFactory will employ more than 10,000 women, making it the factory only the biggest woman in the world and the only automotive manufacturing facility of all women globally,” Agarwal said.
Ola claims the facilities will be the largest two-wheeled factory in the world with a total annual capacity of 10 million vehicles (ready in 2022).
Ola FutFactory was built on 500 hectares and located in Krishnagiri District, Tamil Nadu.
According to Agarwal, the company has invested significantly to train and improve them in core manufacturing skills and they will be responsible for all production of every vehicle produced in Ola Forfactory.
“Providing parity women in labor can foster Indian GDP by 27%,” said Agarwal quote study, and added to India to become a world manufacturing hub, we must prioritize arrogant efforts and produce our women’s workforce.
Ola launched a S1 and S1 electric scooter, starting from Rs 99,999 and so on.
E-scooters will be available in 10 colors in satin, matte and glossy finishes.
Ola S1 is equipped with iconic twin headlamp, ergonomic and fluidic body, superior alloy wheels, carved seating, and the biggest boot room that matches two helmets comfortably.
S1 Pro will offer a range of 181 kilometers, acceleration of 0-40 kmph in 3.0 seconds, and the top speed is 115 kmpj.
It has a battery capacity of 3.97KWH and the most powerful motorbike in the category with 8.5 kW peak power.
Previously during the launch of its electric scooter, Chief Ola announced the ‘Mission Electric’, promising two-wheeled two-wheeled gasoline to be sold in India after 2025.
“This is a mission that we refuse to the industry and to consumers to refuse gasoline and fully committed to electricity,” he said.
