Patna: The last round of student admissions opposes empty seats in undergraduate courses at Patna University (PU) College starts on Monday.
More than 800 seats are available in different colleges in the current session (2021-22).
On the first day, more than 800 girls submitted an online application to enter from at all 162 seats available at Magadh Mahila College (MMC).
The reception portal to receive the application to enter in MMC remains open from 10am to 4pm.
The number of empty seats includes 75 in the flow of art, 15 in the flow of science and 72 in trade and vocational flow, the main words of MMC Sharma Sharma.
The principal adds a list of candidates chosen to enter will be published on Tuesday.
Students will pay online fees on the same day.
On Wednesday, chosen girls will eventually be accepted at the Honors Course in college after getting the certificate they are verified, he added.
PU Student Welfare Dean Anil Kumar said the reception portal to enter the Patna Science College would remain open from 10am to 4pm on Wednesday.
The selected list of candidates will be announced on Thursday.
Verifying certificates and student admissions will take place on Friday.
Student admissions on empty seats in Patna College and Vanijya Mahavidyalaya will be held from November 26 to 28 and at BN College between 28 and 30 November.
Regarding PU’s request, the state government has provided 240 additional seats (180 in Patna College (180) and 60 at Patna Science College) recently.
Submission of online applications to enter MA, MSC and MCOM PU programs in the current academic session also started on Monday.
The last date for the submission of the form is December 30.
