The last student chooses for AIIMS only gets 6% less than the topper

The actual score in the entrance examination of those who received a ticket to the Indian Medical Sciences Institute in Delhi was very few, no matter where they came from.
While the ranks gave the impression of a big difference between students received from various categories, the score scores varying less than one and even absolute marks differ from less than six percentage points between the top topper and students chosen.
In fact, not only have no candidates with a score below the 99th percentile among those who got the entrance ticket, even their last percentage score was far above 90% no matter which category they were, the analysis carried out by the Toi show.
AIIMS Entries: Some Tie-Breaker Scores are used to set a ranking instance, in 2018 while more than 3.7 lakh appears for the exam, the lowest selected rating, which from the tribe category (ST) scheduled, is 2,090 with a score of 99 percentile, 4 qualifying percent levels are 93.6 for tribes.
The competition is very close so that some tie-breaker scores must be used to assign rankings.
The bonds – those who have the same overall percentile – are resolved using a percentile in the biological section of the paper followed by chemistry, physics and finally the date of birth of candidates, with older candidates the higher.
The lowest selected rating of the SC category was 655 with a 99.8 percentile score, again far above the 40% qualification level sign equivalent to 93.6 percentiles.
The lowest selected rating of the OBC category was 188 equivalent to 99.9 percentiles, on a 45% qualification level, equivalent to 97 percent.
For the general category, the qualification level is 50% equivalent to 98.8 percentiles.
In 2019, the calculation showed, there were less than six percentage points in the overall score of first and last ranked (3,000) received.
The sign is not announced publicly.

Anna Ruddock anthropologist in his book about aiims-Delhi called ‘special treatment’ that the ranking system acts as a management tool, shows legitimate differentiation in the actual achievement disguise homogeneity of signs between the top students and implies that it implies that the OBC, SC , and ST candidates who score lower than the CUT-OFF GC do not have the talent needed to study at AIIMS.
“Among those treated at AIims-Delhi, there are almost no differences between those from various categories because OBC candidates, SC and ST are chosen to represent small proportions that have access to facilities and resources to enter.
