The lawsuit was filed by 125 Plaintiffs to prevent green card waste related to employees, cut into separate suit

Mumbai: The watch beats – as many as 80,000 green card numbers that are linked to employees will end at the end of September.
But for those who hope the District Court will have a final decision and prevent this from happening, because now there is a disappointment in the store.
In a lawsuit submitted by 125 Indian and Chinese citizens to ensure that the green card number was not expiration, Judge Peter J Messitte, from the US District Court (Maryland) on September 29, did not rule about the problem of preserving green cards.
Instead, he has ordered this case, to be separated into a separate action setting.
In other words, he agreed with the defendant’s movement (USCIS ‘) to transfer – each plaintiff’s claim would be interrupted into separate actions, according to the service center or field office where their green card application to adjust the status is currently waiting or being processed .
The cases will then be transferred to the district court which includes this jurisdiction.
The Plaintiff’s opinion is that the place in the Maryland district is right because the defendant is a federal officer and a US agent who lives in Maryland and because most of the events or negligence caused their claims to emerge in this district.

When the clock ticked, the lawsuit had been submitted to prevent the procedural obstacles, lawyers representing the Plaintiff would seek an emergency stay from various district courts to preserve a visa until the decision can be carried out on the preliminary command.
The Plaintiff was represented by a lawyer – Jeff D Joseph, Charles H Kuck and Greg Siskind.
As reported by TOI in the August 5 issue, the Plaintiff has asked the District Court (Maryland) to order USCIS to immediately try their application and / or order this USCIS to order this additional number.
Read Alsonow, the initial order was submitted to prevent losses of work-based green cards: 125 Plaintiffs (some of them Indians) did not leave the stone missed in their legal battle to prevent the loss of 100k work-based green cards.
They recently asked preliminary orders to protect their interests and prevent such waste.
As explained by TII before the Fiscal-based category is 2021.
While this creates unique opportunities and liabilities in the fiscal year which ended September 30 2021 for USCI to approve more green-based green cards than usual, and thus reduce the time for several Decade for India and significantly.
Chinese applicants and their employers, processing is slow.
Additional numbers that are rolling into a job-based category if not processed at the end of this month will end (go to waste) in this background, processing delays cause the Plaintiff (who together with their dependents) have submitted an application for permanent residencies (aka green cards) Before December 20 to seek compensation from the court.
Then they moved the court looking for a preliminary order.
All eyes are now glued on decisions that will be taken by various district courts.
