Bhubaneswar: 13 political parties leaders including Congress, CPI and CPM on Thursday submitted a joint memorandum to Governor Ganeshi Lal demanded direct steps to withdrawal police from Jagatsinghpur Village in the Jagatsinghpur district.
Memorandum said the government had to take steps to immediately release all those captured and a committee must be formed to investigate the incidence of police cruelty.
