Visakhapatnam: Academics and leading psychologists Koneru Ramakrishna Rao died of age-related diseases here on Tuesday, the family source said.
Ramakrishna Rao (89) is the recipient of Padma Shri in 2011.

Ramakrishna Rao is the former Chair of the Higher Education Board of Andhra Pradesh and plays a role in initiating many major reforms in the university curriculum.
Many universities approved the honorary doctorate to him.
Rao survived by two daughters and a son.
