Chandrapur: Police Ballarpur has registered a violation of two Ballarpur Institute of Technology (bit) schools for allegedly disappointing the simplicity of a female teacher, and intimidating him.
Bit management has denied allegations and called complaints in an effort to defame the image of the college.
The teacher accused his complaint that Shrikant Goje, Principal of Polytechnic, and Rajnikant Mishra, the Principal of College Campus, behaved indecently and an offensive way with him at a college place on October 6, while he was in his cabin.
When the teacher tried to leave the room, Goje allegedly caught him in hand and tried to pull it back.
Mishra also allegedly caught her dress and pulled it back.
The teacher claims to have sustained injury in his hand for sweets, and his dupatta fell from his dress.
He tried to take a problem with the president who worked at the Sanjay Wasade college, but he was busy at the meeting.
Therefore, he went to the Ballarpur police station and filed a written complaint.
Pases, Wasade along with Goje and Mishra, and others, reached the police station.
Survivor alleged that the police did not register their complaints and act with manners against Wasade and others.
The then he claimed to have been fooled by college staff with a promise to talk about this problem, and was taken back to campus.
Hod has accused him of pressure to file a normal complaint with college management the following day.
In return, the apology was tendered to him on October 8 by the Principal.
He was then forced to go to his home city on the same day.
He also accused a college staff chasing him at all times, trying to destroy his laptop and cellphone.
He, however, approached the SP Arvind Salve and filed a new complaint, accusing the two principals seeking sexual assistance and pressing it.
They allegedly used to touch them inadversely and made indecent comments about their body parts.
He also accused them of threatening to kill him.
He also accused Shailendra Bomanwar staff by trying to repeatedly bring him to the main duo.
The teacher also claims to have a recording of Mishra’s audio that is looking for student telephone numbers from Bihar and Jharkhand to get a gun made by the country through them.
Following the SP direction, Ballarpur police registered a violation in this connection on Sunday night.
Sanjay wasade denied all the allegations and claimed the main duo had reprimanded him in front of several staff because they did not hold the online class, which had hurt him.
He said he was supposed to file a complaint with an internal committee to overcome harassment.
Instead he went to the police station, where the police explained to him the process and then he formally filed a complaint with the Higher Education Authority, Wasade said.
“There are five witnesses for the incident and claims of the abuse unfounded.
We are looking for an explanation from the two principals about this problem and make them apologize for rebuking him in front of other staff,” Wasade explained.
He claimed the written complaint with college management did not have mention of the school principal that touched it or abused it in a dirty language.
“He seems to have been amrid by someone to make a false claim to slander the Institute,” he added.
For the audio conversation where Mishra looked for a telephone number to get a gun, Mishra claimed it was a long and edited conversation in accordance with the charges.
