The license given to Wankhede’s bar was canceled

Mumbai: Thane Collector Rajesh Narvestar on Tuesday cancel the license given to the Sadguru Hotel and Bar in Navi Mumbai, which is owned by former Zonal Director NCB Sameer Wankhede, with that reason it was obtained through misunderstanding of representation and fraud.
After hearing Superintendent Excise Thane and advice for Wankhede, Narvestar issued a number of talking 6 pages that canceled the hotel license, which was given permission for the sale of wine, soft drinks, spirits, and fermented liquor.
“It was found that Wankhede secured a license on October 27, 1997.
He was less than 18 years old later against the age of 21 who qualified, so the license was canceled.
While the collector signed the file on Tuesday, the order will be communicated to the excise commissioner and Wankhede on Wednesday,” said a senior bureaucrat.
The collector has called part 54 of the ban on the ban to cancel the bar license.
Following the report in Toi, Minister NCP Nawab Malik has taken problems with the Director General, NCB, CVC and the Commissioner of the State Excise.
