BHubaneswar: The Body of Odisha Disaster Rapid Action Force (Odraf) Sitaram Murmu, which has been lost on the Friday boat tragedy in Mahanadi while trying to save the elephant, it was found on Saturday, lifting toll two.
His body was found by locals in Kakhadi Village near Dhabaleswar, six km from Mishap’s site.
Murmu (38), one of the five Jawan Odraf, lost when their rubber boat was upside down while negotiating a strong current near the series of Mundali.
He has joined Odraf as a diver in 2013 and survived by his wife and two small children and daughters.
