The ‘lost’ plot is worth the RS 400CR traced in Ecotech 6 and 11

Noida: The authority of the development of the Great Noida Industry (Gnida) has traced a plot worth RS 400 Crore which remains countless for a long time.
The “lost” plot has been explored to Ecotech 6 and 11 with the help of GPS-based mapping software adopted by Gnida – “One Map of Greater Noida”.
The source says this plot – a total of 138 – has been interrupted or allocated illegally or just lying empty.
Even though they are in Gnida’s notes, there is no information about their status.
After being allocated, this 138 plots tend to bring additional industrial investments around 1,500 crore rs and produce at least 4,000 new jobs.
Officials say this plot should be brought based on several schemes and allocated again.
They believe the file on this plot is abandoned or with the officials moved later.
However, the source said, some land packages were deliberately held from senior officials because they might have been given illegally.
Through one map system, Gnida previously tracked 54 plots worth RS 150 Crore throughout the city while the other 84 was found recently.
The beta or trial version of one map has been linked to the Gnida website for feedback from residents.
During the trial itself, the system has been fruitful in identifying a plot worth crores.
Final software will be updated and launched by the chairman of the minister immediately.
“We have faced a problem of land rations and accountability for a long time.
This mapping system starts in the middle of the Covid pandemic and we are still planning and uploading data from all cities.
After completion, it will be a truly comprehensive record of all possible data Related to the city.
This date will be available for all citizens online, “said Narendra Bhoooshan, Gnida CEO.
The system is being developed on a line of Singapore maps, which is believed to be a more detailed and comprehensive map with real-time updates.
“After ready, the map will provide a lot of information about one click.
Larger noida might be the first city in this country to develop such a mapping system,” said BhooShan.
He added that aside from industrial plots, officials had also been asked to map all institutional, commercial, housing and land fields.
The system was developed about one and a half years ago.
