Nagpur: The Bombay High Court on Wednesday gave a guarantee to the Deputy Conservator Vinod Shivkumar, which was accused of a suicide case of Deep Forest officials Chavan.
Chavan (34) allegedly shot himself with a revolver service in Harisal in Amravati Regency on March 25.
Shivkumar, which was posted on the Googamal Wildlife division from Matghat Tiger Reserve (MTR) was arrested after the Chavan family filed a complaint because of his harassment due to harassment by his senior.
Advocate Firdos Mirza, lawyer Shivkumar, said justice Rohit Deo from the Nagpur bench from HC gave a request for Bail Kumar.
He has been asked to attend the police station aware here on the second Saturday and fourth month and submit his passport, the lawyer said.
