Mangaluru: Phase 3 of the master plan for various development jobs at the Temple of Kukke Subrahmanya has been resolved, and the proposal will be placed before the Cabinet for approval, said Minister Muzarai, Hajj and Wakf Shashikala Jolle.at a meeting of the attendance of the Minister of Fisheries Minister, Port and Transportation Long Angara Deputy Commissioner KV Rajendra at the temple on Tuesday, Jolle said the master plan had been prepared to take various development work with an estimated cost of Rs 300 Crore.

In-principle approval has been given to regulate Gaushala at 100 hectares by the temple.
Gaushala will be arranged on land owned by the Ministry of Forestry near Snana Ghata (shower) from the temple, without cutting down trees, the Minister said, and directing officials to prepare detailed project reports for the same thing.
The Minister insisted that all class B temples in this country provide audit reports every year.
“In recent years, only four temples sent audit reports.
Notifications have been presented to the Temple Executive Officers, to provide audit reports.
The temple has not provided its audit report for 2012-13.
After serving notifications, temples have sent audit reports during Three years.
All of the delayed audit reports must be submitted on March 31, “he said.
Much emphasis must be given to remove all court cases delayed, so that the development work can be accelerated, he said.
In Ashlesha Bali and Sarpa Samskara Sevas at Kukke Temple, the minister said there was a need to increase slots, to allow more worshipers to offer rituals.
For the security of the temple, a proposal was handed over to the government, to appoint 60 house guards, the Minister said, added that he would speak with home ministers in this matter.

There is a need to save green plants around the temple.
Under Daiva Sankalpa Yojane, a comprehensive development project has begun at 25 temples in the state, to provide more infrastructure for worshipers , “Minister said.

After holding an official review meeting, the minister took part in Mahapuje and had the Prasada Bhojana (eating midday) at the temple.
