Kanpur: Additional Judge Session (Court Number 7) Kanpur Nagar on Monday was sentenced to accuse Chandra Veer Singh to serve a life sentence and slap the fine of RS 20,000 to kill his father and sister.
The court has held guilty of the double murder on July 3, and after hearing the argument at the punishment, giving him a life imprisonment.
The court in the order of observing that if the defendant failed to pay a good amount, he had to undergo another prison period of six months.
According to Jitendra Kumar Pandey, additional district government advisors (ADGC), Sub Inspector Santosh Kumar, Police post Hanspuram Police Station Naubasta in the report was submitted on September 16, 2016, has stated there that Chandra Veer Singh, a resident of Lalpur Naubasta came to him At the police station and told him that he had killed his father Chandra Pal Singh and Sister Kamlesh with sticks and bricks due to domestic disputes.

Chandraveer, who has attracted his statement given to the police, told the court that when he went to his relatives, some unidentified people killed his father and sister.
But the prosecution managed to prove that the defendant was present at the location of the murder when the incident occurred.
Because his house is located in densely populated areas, there is no possible dakoity.
The prosecution produced as many as 13 witnesses in this case.
The court, after proof of notes, held Chandraveer guilty of double murder and sentenced him.
