The man died after spitting, the police said he had a ‘heart attack’

Ludhiana: A 58-year-old man died after spitting in Sarabha Nagar’s main market on Monday.
While relatives of the victims, Satish Kumar from Harnam Nagar, alleged that two men destroyed him to death, the police said he did not have a sign of injury to the body, so he might have a heart attack.
Children of Dinesh Kumar and Gaurav have batteries – toy cars operate and they provide a vehicle to children visiting the main market Sarabha Nagar.
Dinesh said on Monday at 7pm, he and his father were on the market when Anupam Sharma and his brother Deepak Sharma, who also provided a vehicle to children in a similar toy car, had a spat with a small problem.
He said people on the market intervened and resolved this problem.
“At night, the defendant appeared there again and began to struggle.
When my father tried to intervene, the defendant also hit him.
My father fell on the road and died.” He immediately told the police and rushed to his father to the hospital, on the hospital where the doctors declared it died.
Division 5 Sho Inspector Daljit Singh said it was alleged that the man suffered a heart attack because there was no sign of injury in his body.
The police have continued under the part 174 CRPC and will take appropriate action after receiving the Viscera report.
