Ludhiana: Special Task Force (STF) caught a man with a 985g heroin, worth around Rs 5 Crore on the international market, here on Tuesday.
Raj Kumar Raju, 35, from Preet Nagar, Shivpuri, Daresi, was arrested when he traveled in a car with a blue flare above.
The police have confiscated a car (PB-08-DG-5954), which also has a Hooter.Ludhiana STF Inspector In-Charge Harbans Singh said, “Raju was arrested from Daresi on a tip-off that he misused a blue flare to peddle medicine.

“Raju told STF that he had bought heroin from Uttar Pradesh to sell it to his customers in Ludhiana.
