Bengaluru: A 33-year-old man who posed as a Techie based in the US and mistakenly claimed to be related to the Kingdom Family of Mysuru who had been arrested for cheating three women of Rs 40 Lakh after promising them.
Muttu K aka Vinay K alias Siddarth Urs aka Sandy, a resident of Lakshmipura in Bycuppe from Mysuru District, was arrested by the Cybercrime police from the Whitefield division after a woman filed a complaint, she had tasteless Rs 19 lakh.
The police found him cheated two more women from Rs 21 Lakh.

He posted many photos of mysore palace and some children in his background, and told the victims among children.
DCP (Whitefield) D Devaraj said three cases had been registered against the defendant in Bengaluru so far.
“We have taken it to the police custody to be interrogated,” he said, “the accusation of downloading countless photos of countless royal families.
