Vadodara: The father of a 12-year-old girl was arrested by the police for pushing him to the prostitution racket.
Prevention of Sleuth Crime Branch (PCB) said that they had evidence that the Father, who worked as a laborer in a letter, forced his daughter into the trade of meat.
“We have received a tip-off that the prostitution racket is running in a residential tower on Jalan Waghodia after we stormed the late Thursday night.
We called a woman who runs a racket, an agent and three customers from that place,” said Jatin Patel, Police Inspector PCB.
“Among the seven-seduced females, one was a 12-year-old girl.
He told us that his father was in a letter so we contacted him.
During the investigation, we found the girl’s Whatsapp chat with his father.
In chat, father, who is a casual worker , asked him to send the money he got from the prostitution, “Patel Toi said.
“It was clear that he had pushed him to prostitution.
We have also arrested him.
A native Saurashtra, he told us that his wife left him after he shifted to the letter and only a few months ago he forced his daughter into prostitution to get money,” Patel added .
The police said that Chandrika Shah, who runs the racket, was used to give the RS commission to the girl.
“In the last two days, he was sent to 10 customers,” Patel said.
Apart from Shah, the police also arrested Mangalsinh Valmiki, Charjit Cambodian and Jayesh Makwana.
