Gurgaon: 31-year-old private company executives allegedly attacked with sticks by neighbors and the other three on Monday night, hours after a fight with the defendant’s wife above the parking lot.
Complaints and defendants live in the same Vipul World Tower in sector 48, but different floors.
The building, which has four floors, has carit parking facilities for each flat owner.
On Monday, a complainant, who recently bought a flat on the second floor, parked his car in the area meaning for the first floor residents.
This caused an argument with the defendant’s wife, who had a flat on the first floor.
“Yes, we have some arguments for parking.
Then, I took off my car and helped park the car.
It was around 2pm,” said a private company employee.
About three hours later, the man got a call from the property dealer who had helped him get a flat in Vipul’s world.
The broker allegedly told him that his neighbor was annoyed with an argument above the parking lot and wanted to discuss the problem with him.
Immediately after the complainant reached the first floor, the defendant was suspected of harassing him and began to hit him with a stick along with the other three.
“They continued to hit me for five minutes.
I was called downstairs by saying that the man wanted to talk to me,” he said in his complaint.
“My wife and I’m worried about our safety,” he added.
House Officer Station (Sho) from the conscious police station, Dinesh Kumar, said they were checking CCTV footage to find out what had happened.
“Investigations are underway,” Sho said.
Until Tuesday night, there was no arrest made.
However, a complaint was registered below section 323 (assault), 506 (criminal intimidation) and 34 (general intentions) IPC.
“Limited parking spaces in the community.
Each homeowner has one carib parking provided for them.
People often park in their respective regions but no disputes.
It all depends on the type of relationship that someone has with his neighbors,” said Satish Kumar, a resident Vipul world.
