“The cost was explained to him in Hindi in front of his advice and the defendant voluntarily pleaded guilty of charges framed against him,” said the judge.
He added, “Because the defendant voluntarily pleaded guilty of the allegations he banned under the part of the 216 IPC, therefore, he was held guilty and therefore punished for violations below the part 216 IPC.” The judge will hear the argument at the point of dropping on December 16.
The maximum sentence below this section requires a period of prison for seven years and a fine.
Meanwhile, the other five were accused of in this case, including Pathan, claimed to be innocent on charges and claimed trials.
The allegations of riots and murder efforts have been framed against Pathan.
ASJ took notes that “the intention to kill” the police were clearly made of statements given by Dahiya that Pathan leads to his head and was fired but he managed to escape.
Communal clashes broke out in Northeast Delhi in February 2020, after violence between supporters of the citizenship law (amendment) and protesters who spin out of control leaving at least 53 injured people.
