The man was killed, a friend was injured in a fight over Gutka

New Delhi: A 18-year-old man was killed while his friend was injured in a ‘gutka’ fight at Northeast Delhi’s Bayapuri, police said on Monday.
On Sunday, the police received information from the GTB Hospital that two people with a pierced injury had been taken to the facility.
They were identified as Shoaib from Shaheed Nagar in Ghaziabad, and Suhail (18) from Tabapuri’s old man.
Shoaib was declared dead in the hospital, police said.
According to them, a friend of the victims had gone to buy Gutka from the store in Tapapuri on Sunday where he had verbal altercation with relatives of the owner.
He told five of his friends, including Shoaib and Suhail, and they all went to the place, Deputy Commissioner of Police (Shahdara) R Sathiyasundaram said.
When he reached the shop, they found the owner, Narsingh, consumed alcohol with other people while the relatives were also there, police said.
The battle broke, and a Narsingh drunk attacked groups of friends with a pair of scissors, after they escaped, DCP said.
Then, two of them shifted to the hospital, police said, added that a case was registered under Section 302 (murder), 307 (efforts to murder) and 34 (general intentions) from the Caught of Indian police in the Nearapuri Police Station.
Narsingh, relative hemant and the man he drank, Amir, had been arrested.
The violation weapon recovered from Amir, DCP added.
