Thiruvananthapuram: The trial of a man suspected of committing the murder of his father-in-law in 2017 at Vithura will begin before the additional session of the court VI on Monday.
RESSH aka Vinod, 35, Kaduvachira near Chullimanoor is a person who will try before Judge K N Ajit Kumar.
The case of prosecution against the defendant was that he killed his father-in-law, Sundarsan, 60, from Chennanpara near Vithura on November 18, 2017, by stabbing him by using scissors.
The murder was committed when the victim intervened to save his daughter from being attacked by the defendant.
The public prosecutor M mistaken will represent prosecution during the trial.
According to prosecution, Ragesh married Sundarsan Priya’s daughter and she used to live with her in-laws.
RESSH is used to physically abuse Priya often and this often causes a fight between Him and Sundarsan.
On evil day, the defendant attacked Priya for the delay in serving lunch.
At this point, Sundaresan intervenes and dealing with Ragesh.
This immediately made a way for a fight.
In riot, Ragesh won the scissors from Almirah and stabbed Sundarsan on his neck.
Even though neighbors rushed to the house and took Sundarsan to the hospital, the doctors could not save his life.
The accusation immediately escaped from home and was arrested three days later by the police.
The crime occurred in front of Sundarsan Vasantha’s wife, Son Pradeep and Priya’s daughter.
