Patna: A 35-year-old man was beaten to death by a horde while trying to escape after shooting on his 70-year-old uncle, Satyadev GOR, in the village of Kushhara Mirpur under the Andar police station in Siwan Regency on Thursday.
Satyadev gave up on his injury on his way to a conscious hospital in Siwan.
The problem began at around 10:30 a.m.
when one Umashankar GOR aka Om Prakash shot satyadev through financial disputes.
As news about Satyadev’s death spread, Umashankar tried to escape from his home, but was arrested by died relatives and several other residents.
He was brutally attacked with sticks and iron stems, which caused his instant death.
Siwan sp Abhinav Kumar rushed to the place and asked about a double murder.
“The incident was a fall from the dispute about money,” he said.
Police officers of the conscious conscious division (SDO) Jitendra Pandey said Umashankar had a criminal antecedent.
“He was released with a guarantee in a criminal case recently.
He is known as ‘Dabang’ in the area,” he added.
Others, Kirani GOR aka Upendra (30), suffered a serious injury in the incident.
He was treated at the Regional Government Hospital.
The police recorded Kirani’s statement at the hospital.
“Counter firs has been filed in connection with the incident,” SP said.
A local told the police that uncle and nephew had a dispute about sharing the money that was realized from a young man as a penalty after the last arrested with a girl in the village recently.
Satyadev was not interested in sharing money, which made Umashankar anger.
Sdpo said Umashankar pumped five bullets into his uncle’s body to ensure that he was dead.
The twin murder has triggered tensions in the village.
The armed forces were deployed in the village as a precautionary measure.
