Kanpur: The police have arrested the defendant who uploaded positions on social media that threatened to kill the Kanpur Police Inspector General (IG).
Police, with the help of a special operating group (SOG), made a breakthrough on Thursday.

When they refused, he threatened to kill the victim and his relatives,” said the police further.
