The man who was arrested on the abuse of an English racist english player

A man had been arrested after a racist message aimed at the English player posted on social media after the final of the European Championship, the Manchester Greater (GMP) police said on Wednesday.
A 37-year-old man from Ashton at Mersey in Trafford, Greater Manchester, handed himself to the police on Wednesday morning.
He was later arrested for being suspected of causing a violation below Part 1 of the communication law dangerous and remained in detention for interrogation, GMP said.
The social media post was sent on Sunday night, after England’s defeat by Italy in the Euro final, and marked by GMP.
The Detective Inspector Matt Gregorie from the GMP Trafford division said: “The act of a small number of people overshadowing what is a very united event for our country on Sunday night.” We are firm in our commitment, every racist abuse Is online or off can be accepted.
“We now have a man in detention and our investigation continues.” British players Marcus Rashford, Sancho Jadon and Bukayo Saka are targeted with racist abuse online after a sentence missing in a shootout at Wembley.
Arrest Wednesday by GMP came after the West Mercia police investigating racist tweets aimed at Rashford arrested and released a 50-year-old man.
British Prime Minister Boris Johnson warns on Wednesday that social media companies will face a fine of 10% of their global income if they fail to eliminate racist abuse of their platform.
