Srinagar: A meeting broke out between terrorists and security forces in the Chanapora area in the city on Thursday, police said.
“The meeting has begun in the Chanapora Srinagar area.
Police and security forces are in work.
Further details must follow,” Kashmir Zone Police Tweeted.
There are no reports of each victim so far but the fire exchange lasts for several minutes, officials said.
They said the search operation was taking place to track the terrorists.
Kashmir has seen several attacks on Hindu minorities and Sikh in the last few days after which security forces have also launched an anti-terror campaign.
