According to a report with digital trends, Microsoft has detailed new changes to the Microsoft 365 roadmap.
Some features that can be expected by team users are a better search experience – people, answers, files, and others.
Apart from Microsoft added new features that would allow the committee meeting to set a certain presenter to the breakout room.
The team will get a new switch button in the breakout room setting that will allow users to access this feature.
“By taking control of the breakout room management panel, the designated presenter will be allowed to carry out a breakout room operation as a manager or meeting organizer, and join the room as the breakout room manager,” Microsoft explained at the Microsoft 365 admin center.
Microsoft also added a new section on The top of the autosugest results in the search.
New features are expected to come in September and November 2021.
One feature that is expected to come this month to the team is the top hit part.
In accordance with Microsoft, the top hits will free the most relevant results in all people, chat, files, and other content stored or distributed in the application.
With the top hit, you can expect to find what you are looking for faster because the feature adds another layer to the search algorithm used in the team.
