New Delhi: Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Saturday claimed a growing gap between actual and targeted vaccinations and asked where the vaccine was.
“Mind of the gap,” Gandhi said on Twitter along with chart who highlighted the difference between targeted and actual vaccination.
Chart shows that the actual vaccination is 27 percent less than the target.
He also uses the “Wherearevaccine” hashtag to press the point that the vaccination drive is currently slow.
On Friday, Gandhi swiped the government who said that July had arrived but the vaccine had not yet, drawing a sharp retort from BJP which quoted numbers to ask whether spreading “confusion” was a policy that was not dismitted by the party.
“July has arrived, the vaccine hasn’t.
Where is the vaccine,” he tweeted.
Health Minister Union Harsh Vardhan hit again noted that he on Thursday issued facts about the availability of vaccines for this month, and said there was no vaccine for “ignorance virus”.
“Just yesterday, I issued a facts about the availability of vaccines for July.
What is the problem of Rahul Gandhi Ji? Doesn’t he read? Does he not understand? There is no vaccine for the vanity virus and ignorance !! Inc.
India must think of leadership improvement!” Senior leader BJP tweeted.
BJP also crashed into Gandhi and claimed that people often asked why maturity, wisdom and responsibility had not yet come to the leader of the Congress “despite the passing of 51 Juliys”, reference to his age.
Congress has repayed himself with spokesman Supriya Shiprie said the ministers in the Government of Narendra Modi had forgotten their work handling their departments and instead acting as “ticik, troll two rupees”.
