New Delhi: Minister of Jaisankar’s external affairs on Sunday extended expectations to the US Secretary of the State Antony Blinken, the Government and the US people on the occasion of the country’s independence on July 4.
“Delivering my warm hope to @SecBlinken and the government & the United States on their independence day.
Believe that our strong partnership, one is based on so many common values ​​and interests will continue to grow further,” Tweeted Jaisanhankar.
July 4 commemorated the part of the declaration of independence by 13 US colonies in 1776.
It will be the 245th anniversary of American independence.
Indian-US relations have become increasingly multi-faceted, including cooperation in fields such as trade, defense and security, education, science and technology, civil nuclear energy, space technology, environment and health.
In addition, after the Covid-19 pandemic, the US announced assistance of USD 41 million to help India respond to the Coronavirus pandemic and strengthen the country’s readiness for Covid-19 health and future health emergencies.
