Chandigarh: Minister of Welfare of Health and Family Welfare, Mansukh Mandaviya on Tuesday appreciated the Minister of Health Haryana Anil Vij on the problem of the diagnosis and treatment of Covid-19 and vaccination management in the country.
“Haryana has done a commendable job in the vaccination administration,” said Mandaviya while holding a meeting of the health minister through a conference video.
He also appreciates VIJ’s work style to maintain the stock of buffer drugs.
The Health Minister Union said that after a discussion with the leading scientists of the country, it has been seen that the number of people who have been given a vaccine have lower inpatient events.
Most of the people claimed to be in hospitals were those who had not been vaccinated.
He said that in the near future, if children and people over 60 years are fully vaccinated, we will benefit.
Significantly, in Haryana, 104% of the first dose of Corona vaccine and 79% of the second dose has been given.
Anil VIJ said that vaccination was being carried out at a fast speed in Haryana and was useful.
He said that health management was better and for this oxygen bed, the ventilator, PSA plants had been installed.
According to the current situation, 664 patients were at oxygen, 82 were in the ventilator and 294 were in the ICU.
