Lucknow: It’s around 8:30 a.m.
and the solid fog is almost cleaned.
The support and security staff made the last minute preparation when the six SUVs were arranged to depart with the Minister of Law Brajesh Pathak from his residence at 9, Raj Bhawan Colony, for Udayganj to start a daily election campaign.
As a cavalcade cruise ship towards conscious, Pathak – dressed in black ‘galabandh’ suits with tilak on the forehead, Kalawa around his wrist and gamchha turmeric around it – posting messages on Facebook: “Chalne Ka Hausla Kiya Hai, Dishayen Bahut Hain, Kaanto Ki Fiqr Nahi, mere Duayen Bahut Hain “.
When he reached Udaygaj, party supporters welcomed him with bouquets.
As a 57-year-old BJP candidate from the Lucknow Cantonment chair walked to the residential area, the veterans entertained him and asked him to join tea on a path along the path.
When they sip hot tea in the group, many continue the slip to Pathak with details of local problems that need to be addressed.
“I assure you all the problems will be taken care of.
I am here to serve, don’t worry,” said Pathak, who has shifted to Lucknow Cantonment from Lucknow Central this time.
Accompanied by sitting MLA Suresh Chandra Tiwari, who was not given this time ticket, Pathak welcomed local residents, shop owners and women and appealing to them for their support and voices.
“We understand that some works are waiting, but we assure you that all projects will be completed.
We have been against Coronavirus together in the past two years.
We will definitely improve infrastructure.
The BJP government is here for all well-being,” said Pathak, while interacting with local traders.
Both Cantonment and Lucknow Central have 3.6 lakh registered voters respectively.
Speaking with Toi, Pathak said the ticket distribution was a high command party’s decision.
“I have done a development job in Lucknow Central and will continue to work with the same enthusiasm in the Cantonment.
My priority is to improve the basic facilities of constituencies,” he added.
Pathak also spent time from his poll schedule schedule to attend weddings and other programs.
His wife, Namrata Pathak, and a party worker from the party also conducted a door-to-door campaign for him and looked for votes for development.
