Gandhinagar: The Ministry of Railway Union Ashwini Vaishnav has convinced all the support of his ministry for the quick settlement of Minister of Vijay’s Rupani’s Dream – high-speed AHMedabad-Rajkot project.
Vaishnav held a meeting with CM Kupani at the Gandhinagar residence on Saturday.
Detailed Project Report (DPR) has been prepared by the West train in this issue and sent to the train Ministry.
This report is in the final stages of consideration.
The high-speed high-speed Ahmedabad-Rajkot project will be resolved in the elevated corridor.
Under the proposed project, a distance of 225 kilometers between Ahmedabad and Rajkot will be borne in less than two hours.
The train will run at a maximum speed of up to 220kmph.
The government’s release said that after the Semi High Speed Speed Railway Project Ahmedabad-Rajkot and a bullet train project between Ahmedabad and Complete Mumbai, people from eleven Saurashtra districts would be able to visit Mumbai and return to their respective places in a day.
After completion, this project is expected to substantially reduce road traffic volume on the stretch of Ahmedabad-Rajkot and give people with clean and faster transportation modes between the two cities.
CM also briefed the train minister about the new Gujarat approach for the ‘Crossing Level’ railroad network, build 59 railway overbridges (ROB) and underbidges (ROB) at a cost of 1,202-crore rs, as part of the state initiative for the ease of life and convenience transportation purposes.
He added these projects will also help people save time and fuel.
