Agustawesland, a British-Italian company whose name was involved in VVIP Chopper fraud, has been dropped from the list, and also the Leonardo Spa parent company.
This new list calls the Singapore Technologies Kinetics and the Israeli military industry among the six companies with whom the transaction has been released.
Transactions have been suspended with 13 companies, including IDS Tunisia and Infotech Design System, Mauritius.
Rolls Royce along with the Allied Company and its subsidiaries, and the Czech company Tatra truck has been placed on the list of ‘limited procurement’.

Defenceindia recently lifted a ban on business transactions with the Major Leonardo Spa defense, Finmeccanica Conglomerate Italy who used to be deceived at the Hospital 3,546 Crore Helicopter Scam along with subsidiaries based in the UK AgustaWestland International since 2013-2014.
The decision to continue the business with Leonardo Spa is “subject to certain conditions imposed on the company.” In conditions, Leonardo Spa cannot make commercial claims or filed a civil lawsuit against the Indian government for the previous agreement.
In addition, new business transactions will occur “without prejudice” for the ongoing investigation into the alleged VVIP scam helicopter by the CBI Directorate and enforcement, which will continue, said the source.
